Every human moves through four natural phases of inner processing. I call them the Four Fields of Inner Resonance.
In a session, I attune to your energy and help you understand which Field you’re in and what your system is trying to communicate.
From there, your body naturally shifts into what it needs next: clarity, release, stabilization, or activation.
There’s no forcing. No pushing.
Just following the intelligence of your body.

We begin with grounding and noticing what’s present in your body.

We explore where you are internally- overwhelm, clarity, emotional movement, or stabilization.
This gives language to your experience.
3. Somatic + Intuitive Exploration
I guide you through sensations, emotions, imagery, and energetic shifts.
There's nothing to force, just presence.
4. The Shift
Your system naturally opens, releases, or clarifies.
You may feel your body unwind, settle, or brighten.
5. Integration
We close with grounding, simple next steps.
You leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.
