I hold a regulated, grounded space for the group — allowing your body and nervous system to co-regulate, settle, and remember their natural rhythm. In this state of rest, your body has more capacity to restore, rebalance, and reconnect with its own inner harmony.
So many of us move through life in survival mode, disconnected from our bodies and depleted of the energy needed for true restoration. This meditation is an invitation to pause — to give your body the safety and support it needs to rest.
